Camarillo School Field Trip Bus Rentals

Charterbusrentalcamarillo.com is the easiest way to arrange field trip transportation for Camarillo school groups heading to California State University Channel Islands (1 University Dr, Camarillo, CA 93012). CSU Channel Islands' group tours (an admissions presentation plus a campus tour) run Monday to Friday at 10:00 a.m. and require advance registration. Group tour buses drop off and pick up students at CSUCI's San Luis Avenue bus stop, next to the Sage Hall parking lot, and may stay parked there or in lot A3 while your group is on campus.

The campus can't host groups larger than 55, chaperones included, so a single 56-passenger charter bus can carry the whole visit in one trip with nobody left behind in a parking lot. Because Charterbusrentalcamarillo.com connects you with a large network of Ventura County bus companies, you can compare multiple vehicles and find the right size for your classroom group. Because some of the most powerful field trip experiences take students beyond their own city, Camarillo schools regularly organize trips up the coast to Santa Barbara. At the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History (2559 Puesta del Sol, Santa Barbara, CA 93105), buses drop students off in front of the Museum entrance, then park in the Museum lot, which has bus parking for reserved school groups. All field trips begin at 10:00 AM with schools arriving 10-15 minutes early, and one class group is capped at 30 students, so larger groups book two reservations.

The drive from Camarillo runs about 45 to 55 minutes along US-101 North, so one bus timed for that 10:00 AM start gets every class there together, making it a very manageable day trip for any grade level. A full-size 56-passenger charter bus can keep the entire group together for the coastal ride, and many offer reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage. Charterbusrentalcamarillo.com connects Camarillo school groups with a large network of independent bus companies so you can compare options and book the right vehicle for YOUR trip!

You'll love how easy Charterbusrentalcamarillo.com makes it to find field trip transportation for Camarillo groups heading to the Channel Islands National Park Robert J. Lagomarsino Visitor Center (1901 Spinnaker Dr, Ventura, CA 93001). Situated in Ventura Harbor, the visitor center hosts Channel Islands National Park's teacher-guided field trips, which last 1 to 2 hours, require reservations well in advance, and allow at most 65 students and 10 adults per group, so a group that size needs more than one 56-passenger charter bus. Inside, students find a display of marine aquatic life, island exhibits and a park film, and grades 6 to 12 can add a Ranger Tidepool Talk.

Buses longer than 25 feet aren't permitted in Harbor Village Parking Lot or Whale Lot under Island Packers' Ventura Harbor parking rules, but oversized vehicles can park on Spinnaker Drive for day visits, so the class steps off on the same street as the visitor center. A 25-passenger minibus is a great fit for a single-classroom excursion to the harbor, while larger grade-level trips can book multiple vehicles through the same network.
